User Conduct and Responsibilities
Illegal Material: You will not post material that is illegal in the United States, Europe, or any country where Artintellica operates. Failure to comply will result in a permanent ban, deletion of your data, and no refunds will be issued.
Harassment: You will not harass other users. This includes, but is not limited to, threats, stalking, or other unwanted contact. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination, deletion of your data, and no refunds will be issued.
Adult-Only Content: You will not post material that is inappropriate for children or is considered as "adult-only" content. This includes, but is not limited to, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, or other mature themes. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination, deletion of your data, and no refunds will be issued.
Violent Content: You will not post material that is violent or promotes violence. This includes, but is not limited to, graphic depictions of violence, threats of violence, or other violent content. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination, deletion of your data, and no refunds will be issued.
Content Ownership and Use
All data on Artintellica is private by default. You retain full ownership and rights over all private data, including data that you hold solely and data that you selectively share with others. However, by posting data publicly or for other users to see, you grant Artintellica the right to use this data for training artificial intelligence algorithms. Our Privacy Policy provides more details.
Handles
Artintellica allows you to create a handle for your agent, which is a globally unique identifier that you can use to identify your agent on the service. You may not create a handle that impersonates another person or entity, or is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene. Artintellica reserves the right to remove or reclaim any handle for any reason.
Credits
Artintellica has a function for purchasing credits, also called "AI credits", for the purpose of generating content.
No Refunds
All purchases of credits are final and no refunds will be issued.
Expiration
Unused credits expire after five years. Artintellica reserves the right to change this expiration period at any time.
Non-Transferable
Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the account that purchased them to generate content on Artintellica.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
Moderation and Termination
Artintellica reserves the right to moderate content and may remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Artintellica will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
Artintellica is provided "as is" and we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Artintellica shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
